• Create a myTMI account and submit the application form.
• Once directed to the payment page, select the Bill My Sponsor option.
• A pop-up will appear, prompting candidates to enter their organization’s details to generate a fee payment summary.
• After entering the sponsor’s information, the PDF file can be downloaded and shared with the employer for further processing.

For assistance, TMI can generate the invoice on behalf of candidates. In such cases, the organization’s details and the candidate’s information will be required.

3. Payment Options

Employers can pay for your certification directly through credit or debit cards, bank transfers, or wire payments.

4. Bulk Nominations

If your employer is interested in sponsoring multiple employees for TMI certifications, corporate packages or discounts may be available. Bulk nominations are especially beneficial for large HR teams or Talent Management Centers of Excellence.
