ETMS 10 Certification/enterprise-certifications/etms10

TMI–ETMS10 is the world’s first and the only Talent Management excellence credential for ambitious tech- and service-startups and also for smaller and mid-sized manufacturing and service organizations with value-added products and services for niche or select groups of customers. The TMI–ETMS Release 11.4.3, which is the bedrock for TMI–ETMS10, enunciates unique and special sets of standards for processes and practices across 10 dimensions that impact the effectiveness and excellence of Talent Management in small, but rapidly globalizing and growing organizations.

All TMI–ETMS10 implementation and audit cycles are sharp, focused, and least disruptive to present operations. A TMI–ETMS10 certified enterprise would typically experience improved quality, speed, and cost-effectiveness in hiring; reduced attrition; enhanced employer-brand appeal and applicant-quality; more effective engagement and performance management programs; and more vibrant work climate. Experienced TMI–ETMS Audit & Implementation Teams, specially trained on the TMI–ETMS Release 11.4.3, manage the entire TMI–ETMS cycle in which processes and practices along the 10 TMI–ETMS junctions are implemented.

Finally, once the organization is made TMI–ETMS compliant, the TMI–ETMS10 Certification is awarded. Broadly, a typical TMI–ETMS10 Implementation/Certification cycle crosses the following steps:

  • 1

    Getting to Know

RFI-based online/ offline organization study by TMI to prepare Audit Program.

  • 2

TMI–ETMS10 orientation and education program involving TMI–ETMS Team Leader and the Top Management of the client company to discuss the Audit Program and the scope and logistics of activities.

  • 3

    Project Planning

Finalization of the TMI–ETMS10 Project Plan, which will act as the guide for the client’s TMI–ETMS10 Project Team.

  • 4

Organization-wide baseline study - TMI–ETMS10 Status Audit to compile the current state of practices, systems and processes in accordance with TMI–ETMS Guidelines.

  • 5

Gap analysis by TMI–ETMS Team and Report submission to the client for improvement action and implementation (including the TMI–ETMS10 Gap Modulus – the measure of deviation from TMI–ETMS).

  • 6

    Intervention (Optional)

TMI–ETMS Team intervenes in systems restructuring etc. as a consultant to bring them in line with TMI–ETMS requirements.

  • 7

Client undertakes to implement improvement in systems and processes on its own as prescribed in the Gap Report
    in Step 5.

  • 8

    TMI Compliance Audit

Team conducts an organization-wide Pre-Certification Systems Check to measure the degree of compliances to TMI–ETMS and deviations from them, if any, once again.

  • 9

    Compliance Reportage

In the event of complete compliance with the TMI–ETMS, a certification decision is taken regarding award of TMI–ETMS10.

  • 10

Communication of the Certification Decision - either an award or recommendations for further improvement.
