  • How did you decide to become GTML™ certified?

    Continuous professional development represents a core foundational principle within my strategic professional methodology. With over 16 years of comprehensive international and domestic expertise in organizational development and human capital optimization, I have developed a profound understanding of talent management's critical role in driving sustainable organizational growth and competitive advantage. This commitment led me to pursue the prestigious GTML™ certification for global industry recognition while simultaneously championing knowledge dissemination and providing strategic support to fellow professionals.

  • What were the most interesting aspects of the GTML™ learning journey?

    The distinctive value of talent management lies in its universal importance across all organizations, regardless of size or location. During my global talent management studies, the most fascinating aspect was examining how different organizations approach talent strategies and how leaders and CHROs identify and implement suitable talent management practices for their specific business needs. This journey combined learning, critical analysis, experience review, and future strategic planning.

  • Please share some insights into your approach to preparing for the GTML™ exam.

    From the very beginning, I approached the GTML™ curriculum with a dual focus—learning for my own development and also reviewing the content from a broader perspective to ensure deep understanding. This helped me stay detail-oriented while connecting individual topics to larger strategic frameworks in talent management.

  • Would you like to give some advice to young HR professionals who want to take up a talent management role?

    In human capital management we all know that people generate the biggest cost for the organization and to transform this cost into investment and get higher RoI is a big challenge as well as the main focus of HR professionals. When we speak about talents we double all the risks and opportunities mentioned above. Therefore, being prepared and having the specific knowledge of talent management not only strengthens the role of HR but contributes to the business success.

  • How has your GTML™ credential and the applied knowledge helped you in your career and personal growth? How does it help you in remaining competitive?

    The knowledge and credential of global talent management opens new opportunities not only from personal perspective but from the CEO and founder of consulting firm supporting its clients in strategic human capital management and organizational development. With this knowledge and title I am more confident to raise the awareness of talent management and implement the system in organizations. I’m truly proud of this achievement, it has been a fulfilling and empowering milestone in my professional journey.

  • What are, in your opinion, the essential characteristics of a Talent Leader?

    For me personally the main characteristics of talent leader are:

    • Strategic Business Alignment - The ability to directly connect talents and their initiatives with organizational objectives
    • People-Centric Approach - prioritizing human capital as the foundation of organizational success
    • Empowerment and Development - Creating frameworks that enable team members to reach their full potential through delegation, skill-building opportunities, and autonomy in decision-making processes
    • Strategic Development Vision - build organizational capabilities that support long-term growth objectives
  • How will you describe your GTML™ certification journey in one word?

    As the learning process encompasses a full spectrum of emotions and conditions—including curiosity, excitement, and empowerment, as well as stress, fear, discomfort, and pressure—the ultimate achievement of goals and acquisition of rewards validates that every challenge was worthwhile. Therefore, for me, this journey exemplifies productive adversity.
