Building Talent Pipelines – The GE Way
Indeed. Building a great talent pipeline starts off with knowing the talent watering holes! In a conference recently, GE's Recruiting Lead, Shahbaz Alibaig, presented the GE model for developing talent pipelines. He shared some interesting ideas on how to recruit proactively using technology. “Technology makes you productive, relationships make you successful” – his presentation swore on this GE dictum! He also reminds that our bottomline in Talent Management is having the right people in the right place at the right time with the right skills for the right cost.
