    I aimed to conclude my 22 years of experience by attaining an internationally recognized certification in the field of Talent Management.

    I'd be happy to provide insights into preparing for the GTML exam. First, thoroughly review the exam syllabus and understand the key topics covered. Utilize study materials provided by the certification program and consider additional resources like books, online courses, and articles. Create a study schedule that allocates sufficient time to each topic, focusing more on areas where you might need extra help. Practice with sample questions and mock exams to gauge your readiness and improve your time management skills. Collaborate with peers or mentors for discussions and insights. Lastly, stay confident and maintain a healthy balance between study and relaxation to perform your best on exam day.
